Nose
The nose opens on praline notes with some very fruity smells of pear.
On the palate
It is full-bodied and decadent thanks to its white fruit flavors with a hint of slightly honeyed raisin. Almond and fresh hazelnut softly dominate giving a lot of character to the cuvee.

Nose
Very expressive nose with anise notes. Then come numerous vegetal notes (chlorophyll, lime, fern, mint) enwrapped in a hazelnut aroma.
On the palate
Smell and taste are in perfect harmony. The taste is mineral and the fresh hazelnut note makes it very pleasant. This cuvee has the very tonic characteristics of white fruit and citrus. The final mineral note is very subtle.

Golden yellow, white foam, tiny bubbles and enduring effervescence which moves up in a strong train in the middle of the glass.
Nose
Subtle and distinct, the aromas evolve from floral and toasty notes to ripe white fruit aromas.
On the palate
Marked by its intensity and finesse. The minerality from our chalky terroir is revealed by salinity in the mouth. The buttery notes of excellent Chardonnays are very present.

This is a wine of great purity, releasing white flower and citrus fruit aromas.
On the palate
The wine presents itself through a structure both rich and pure, showing exceptional finesse. The notes of chalky minerality which express themselves in this vintage are characteristic of the chardonnays. The finish is long, carrying through it hints of vanilla sticks.

Nose
The nose displays melon and strawberry jam aromas. Cherry notes combine with a beautiful expression of Chardonnay. The leathery character that indicates an evolution of the pinots mixes with grenadine aromas.
On the palate
The taste brings us into the undergrowth with moss and small wild strawberries notes. At the end, it presents some kirsch flavors that reveal the beautiful maturity of the cuvee.

Nose
This 2005 vintage is astonishing: its aroma hangs between buttery and creamy characters and yellow fruit notes. This wine is both ethereal and strong in character and is getting more Kirsch flavors with time.
On the palate
But let’s not forget that this vintage holds the particularity of having undergone a malolactic fermentation, which gives a very tonic attack. Vine peach and exotic fruit aromas give a lot of freshness. Then anise gives delicacy to honeyed fruit. Finally the vinosity of this vintage appears with notes of mirabelle plum and crystalized figs.

The nose is immediately very aromatic, there are notes of fresh grape pulp and slightly woody notes.
On the palate
The attack on the palate is sweet, then the heat of the alcohol invades us. The texture of this Marc de Champagne is supple and warm.
After a few moments, it reveals notes of vanilla, chocolate and fresh grapes.
This regulated appellation brandy is obtained by distillation of destemmed and fermented grape marcs. The brandy is then refined by aging in oak barrels (5 years minimum)
